Youth participation and their role in conflict transformation – Dialogue Café Subotica 0 Reply
This session is organised as pilot session in the framework of the Dialogue Café Subotica project. It aims at sharing knowledge on how to develop and to create opportunities for promoting youth participation and active role in managing conflict situations by strengthening their social skills, capacity of dialogue, mediation, negotiation and cooperation. In this framework, good practices and tools implemented in this field by international organisations, NGOs, local and national authorities, will be presented during the session in order to promote mutual learning and good practices exchange.

The session will take place on 17 May 2017 from 15h to 17h London time and will be organised in the framework of the launching process of Dialogue Café Subotica. The third Dialogue Café to be opened in Serbia thanks to the partnership developed with United Nations Associations Serbia – UNA Serbia and the cooperation of local partners.
At the session the participating groups of young members from Novi Pazar and Belgrade that have participated in the activities of the Dialogue Cafes in the two cities. They will with the youth of Subotica share their experiences participating in the DC activities, as well as have an intercultural meeting from the different cities and regions in Serbia.
